survivalshop Posted February 6, 2012 Report Posted February 6, 2012 As far as the photo's , how would any one know if you had (or not) a stamp on any SBR or uppers there , that's a trick question . <dontknow>The BATFE will not care if the SBR complete upper is in the garage & the complete rifle lower is in the house . It will be treated as a complete SBR . The ease of competion is what will stand up in court for the BATFE.Now if any one wants to see if this is true , just get a SBR upper( with out a stamp ) & have it locked up in you safe , with all your AR15 rifles ( or put it in the garage )& give them a call & ask if that's ok . :cookoo:NO , I don not want any one to really do that , but I'll bet any one here that you all said , no way am I going to do that , I wounder why .
