bigbada
went to the range with my new tac 20 everything went fine 40 rds down with no failures and pretty accurate for iron sites off a front rest only. the problem is the ejected brass, they all have small dings half way up the side of the case, i'm thinking from hitting the deflector, there is also a dent on the top part of the neck inline with the case dent,is there a way to fix this problem ,i would like to keep the brass to reload. thanks
SWshooter
That ain't nothin', you should see what a HK-91 does to brass. As long as they will resize without a problem you should be OK. If you have a sharp edge on your deflector you could round it off and it would probably help. A heavier buffer or an Enidine AResstor might slow the bolt and help some. I've loaded a lot worse looking brass than that without a problem, the pressure will remove the existing dent, and the deflector will add a new one. OE139
That's good to know, I have had similar looking brass and thrown it away. Now I will save it to reload.
SWshooter
You might as well shoot it in the same gun, it ain't gonna get any better.
survivalshop
Those are not bad at all . Looks like the ding at near the case mouth is from the barrel extention & the ones on the side are from the ejection port window ,before the deflector. She will loosen up & that pattern may go away.
