questions on DPMS low profile upper

Hi guys, I'm putting together my very first AR build. I picked up a lower from fultom armory, and a stripped low profile upper from DPMS. Are there specific handguards that will work with the DPMS low profile upper? I was about to order a handguard from PRI when I read the caveats on midways dpms upper listing. Thanks

Welcome. Here's a pic below from Troy Industries. They deal with DPMS style receivers and have two different high quality rails to offer for the different sizes.

They are far from the only ones that will have the rail you need but they show the measurements.

Troy and apex fit. Probably a few others...but most are made to match the old height.
