I`m 6`3" and weight 285#, a 5rd mag(w/ wolf 00buck) knocks me around even with a strong forward stance. It is a nice unit, runs awesome on the 7.62x39 saiga (tapco g2 trigger)once you get the technique down. There is a guy on ar15.com that made a really nice (IMO) bumpfire stock for an ar15.
