How do I upload a picture on mobile?

I recently assembled an lr-308 with a few personal upgrades with 308ar forums advice and help. I would like to share it n I don't know how to upload picture off mobile device. I know I'm not tech. Savvy but I do know my personal

not sure if there is a trick from the mobile site...I just go to the full site (button at bottom) click more reply options, and the uploader should appear.
