  1. We carry Battle Comps, and we're good friends with the good folks at BCE. The brake isn't meant to compete with Battle Comp, as they serve different purposes. As a brake, it has the side blast and loud report, though a brake may reduce recoil better, it does nothing for the flash signature. Battle Comp is a blend of features, which makes it unique.
  2. ;D Ok so it's kind of weird to post the .22 selector on a forum dedicated for .308 ARs, I hope you all will forgive me :( Other new developments are: mystery 7th lever, short crank (8th lever in the BAD-A.S.S line up), other lever options ported to CASS-3P (dovetailed), and couple more we can't say yet :p
  3. Hehe I never went away ;) For those of you that have SW M&P 15-22, we have something in the works for that too ;D
  4. CASS-3P, SA 90 degree [img width=810 height=607]http://i75.photobucket.com/albums/i314/Duffypoo/001-1.jpg CASS-3P, 45 degree :D
  5. Starting from 2.14.2012, all selectors will now ship with two extra screws and a selector detent spring. Dealers that have remaining stock will continue to ship units without these extras, new orders for dealers will be thus equipped as well ;D
  6. Nice Robo! <thumbsup>
  7. I would add a SOPMOD stock to it, but otherwise, it's almost the same as one of mine :)
  8. Cajun Pawn Stars episode Click on the last dot in the timeline ;D
  9. Thanks Robo, your order was easy to process, thank you for your business! :D Since Drew posted the Brownells product rating link, we went from #4 or something to #2, bested by Brownells own AR15 receiver. Brownells treats Battle Arms very well, I do believe the rating has a lot to do with it <thumbsup>
  10. Thanks Drew! :) We'll have more swags coming out soon, free to all 308ar.com members! ;D
  11. We got our first one published :D A few more to come ;)
  12. It's come to our attention that the November production has a number of selector centers that may display one or both of the following symptoms: 1. The selector will not move from Safe to Fire, or Fire to Save. It may require excessive effort to rotate. 2. The lever's position indicator may point somewhere between 9 and 10 o'clock while the selector is on Safe (the lever should be parallel to the bore when the selector is set to Safe), as illustrated below on one of our test fixtures: Since identifying these issues around Christmas, we've been manually checking every selector center in either the check fixture or an ARreceiver. We know a number of these affected centers have been shipped. If either or both symptoms exist, please accept our apologies and email me roger@battlearmsdevelopment.com, we will promptly send out a replacement center. Furthermore, the centers that are difficult to rotate can be made to work. We do not require the old one to be returned, so for affected customers, they can keep the old one if they tinker with it to make it work, and upon request, we will provide them with levers they want to complete another set of selectors, as a way of making up for our goof up. We have identified the causes that were responsible for these out of spec centers, January production centers will not have these issues. Thank you :)
  13. Thank you guys, it's now #2 by rating, Spikes lower has 28 reviews and takes the top 8)
  14. Thank you Raygun :) We do have a code that works with most bundles, it was discovered more or less by accident. Please email me and I'll send you the code ;)
  15. Soon I hope, looking at other companies that do this kind of promo items as their specialty :) The first magnetic decals we got weren't meant for outdoors use :o
  16. Lol sorry <lmao> The new sticker will have just the smiley ordnance bomb and a radiused Battle Arms Development tab on the bottom :)
  17. Got a box full of samples of inside window stickers, outside window stickers, and magnetic decals. Still needs a little work, but what the heck, I'll wear it even if it's not perfect :D
  18. They are available, we're just waiting for the packaging to arrive. The CASS-3P family selector all install in the same way, in that you need to slide the levers onto the center, but we can't use the M16 packaging for semi auto selectors, thus the slight delay :( As to what your winning prize, well we should receive samples of stickers (both inside the car and outside the car stickers) and magnetic decals today, and of course we have baseball caps and T shirts <thumbsup>
  19. Right on, you nailed it <thumbsup> I didn't show the pins that are present on 45 degree selector centers, I figured people in the know will see the distance between two detent holes and draw the correct conclusion ;)
  20. Who wants to guess what these are? ;D
  21. Our centers don't work with other manufacturers' selector levers without modification, when all is said and done, it'd be easier to get a 45 degree selector from us or one of our dealers :D We sell centers too, though they're not on our site, we can work something out I'm sure <thumbsup>
  22. With a 90 degree selector, the trigger finger side lever invariably gets in the way. Even with all the levers we designed for the trigger finger side, it will still rub against your trigger finger, it's a lot less with shorter/thinner levers. The 45 degree selector is very fast, no longer do you have to shift your grip to safe your AR. Check out couple of vids we posted :) Notice the speed of safety manipulation, how the selector is put on Safe, and the shooter's grip (that never moves when rotating the selector to Safe). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MyVVTTxl0MQ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LRkmt3Hhu0Y&feature=related Also, the 45 degree selector's lever tips don't point straight down anymore, so the levers get in the way a lot less, even with a standard length and thickness lever.
