  1. So a new study seems to indicate that shaving/waxing downstairs increases STD reception on said women: http://www.independent.ie/life/health-wellbeing/health-features/hollywood-waxing-and-grooming-of-pubic-hair-quadruples-risk-of-sexually-transmitted-infections-35271863.html In a completely different and unrelated study, it seems that only 25% of men are aroused by bushes protruding from undergarments.
  2. /\/\/\/\ I recently discovered there's an outfit where I can get mine in Lake Havasu, Arizona.
  3. Uuggghhh. Proper Spanish or the twisted hillbilly stuff they speak locally? I buckled down on a Spanish app, doing well with it. Asked my buddy what he thought of it. Being 1st generation from Mexico, he says it is a good app. He also said he thought local Mexi-talk was horrid, especially after having gone up through 400 level courses at UofA.
  4. Yup. I was telling the girl that with exhaustion and practice, it was pretty easy to catch some Zzz's at parade rest.
  5. He can then back it up with "That's what it looked iike when I watched the dog poop once."
  6. When she X-es it wrong with red ink, go talk to her. In your best proper Queen's English say "Honestly, have they lowered the quality of the Yank teaching certificates so low that you do not understand proper English?"
  7. If teacher has an issue with that, it came from the New Oxford Dictionary.
  8. flit verb to move swiftly and lightly: small birds flitted about in the branches.
  9. /\/\/\/\ Nice Mack! Desperate for a job, my first armed guard gig was worked with a S&W Victory in .38S&W. It was ugly WWII parkerized, not the fancy nickel you have there.
  10. This is pretty anti-climatic but got me laughing: Dude is OUT!
  11. That's part of what sold me on Ruger, my first .357 Magnum, a Security Six. Had to shoot the hottest loads at the time (Remington High Velocity 125gr SJHP), discovered the forcing cone on the barrel was cracked. Sent it back to Ruger, after it had been replaced several years prior by the GP100. They replaced the barrel, redid the timing, replaced the springs and sent me the aftermarkets back in a baggie, cleaned the pistol, reblued the whole thing. Didn't charge me a penny.
  12. Welcome from AZ!
  13. Happened while there was still a big hoopla here over the Roundup Steakhouse and Saloon.
  14. Then we'd have to deal with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Dept. This apparently misinformed geographical reference has been brought to you in rememberance of Donald P. Scott.
  15. No restrictions on what you can register. In the future, the restrictions will be on what you can keep.
  16. They're not far off from that. Henry has a new detachable magazine Long Range in .308 Winchester. That may be worth a look. The Browning BLR is an option along the lever lines too. Remington still makes their 7600 pump action, very fast! You can also get 10-round aftermarket magazines for the 7600. Won't be long before Cali has pumps banned, following the Aussie model.
  17. It's been awhile. About time for another news story here in Arizona, about MVD employees selling driver's licenses to illegal aliens.
  18. Welcome from AZ! That ol' Winnie 100 could probably tell some stories.
  19. Welcome from AZ!
  20. Move up to a 350 gallon, then start with the small fish like my buddy did. He had that Hawaiian trigger, a red grouper, a puffer, a leopard eel, a lion fish, some kind of small shark, a big odd shrimp, a few others that could fend for themselves. The grouper was definately the biggest and the biggest pig. The lion fish was the most impressive to watch during the kill. The puffer was the most entertaining.
  21. If he says "Safeway" run away. Fast!
  22. Welcome from Arizona!
  23. True. My buddy had a badass saltwater tank, which he stocked with all small, affordable fish. It doesn't take a real long time to get big fish from small fish. People would be in awe of what he had living together.
  24. This TALO edition GP100 is what got me starting this thread. Having five before isn't enough, when you realize this one has an unfluted cylinder.
