I don't know what it is. the worst part is people are still paying the asking prices. Impact is still selling the lowers for near msrp though.

I was on gun broker today to see what they had and my jaw hit the floor. These guys have them up there for 3-5 times the msrp. There was a used varmint with an $800 scope for $5500. Thank God I bought mine before the liberals started all this crap.

I like my RRA scope mount. Works great at a reasonable price.

Anyone running DSA 30rd mags? I have one that every time I use it every other round pops straight up. I have tried adjusting the lips of the mag with no improvement. Any ideas?

This is not my rifle but it was doing the exact same double feed issue this one had. The recoil was releasing a round from the mag and when the bolt picked up a round off the mag there was already one loose. The only thing that fixed the problem for me was to replace the buffer and spring with one of Slash's heavy buffers. This was happening with the metal and poly mags.

7.62 or 5.56 iron sights work the same. The ballistics of the 5.56 vs 7.62 does not work on calculations at the bottom of the page for beyond that. I second the MBUS. I loved them until I put on my scope (didn't want to loose zero). so I installed 45deg off set sights. When my 16" upper comes in I will be putting them on that. Light weight and easy to use.

I spoke with RRA they said they would send tracking number when the order is shipped otherwise they will not give out any info to anyone reguarding an order that includes dealers.

Went out to the desert yesterday and had some fun. All but one of the videos my buddy is shooting and it was his first time with my rifle.

After all this crap in Washington I needed to feel a little patriotic.

3 20rd mag dumps in a row did it for me. That was with OEM RRA gas block. Also all it did was deform the base enough that it was no longer tight and would move a little.

If you are running an MBUS front sight attached to your gas block, beware that it could melt it if you run to many rounds through it to quickly. I did it before I installed my free float.

Did you get to rub it in their face after RRA put out the LAR-8? <laughs> <lmao>

I did not read enough of the description. It states that it works in AR10 and SR25 models. ;D

I think that it is clean (I will have to find it). That was the first 200 rounds through the rifle about a year and a half ago. I looked up the Tubb CWS. Is our BCG the same diameter as an AR15? That is all that I have been able to find.
