    Well, Terry this is the first I've used this type of material I was expecting something more akin to resin or bondo/west systems epoxy.This stuff was so thick and sticky I could hardly mix it. I'm not knocking the product I just think that next go around I will try something that I'm more familiar with. BTW the action came back out of the stock easier than I thought it would. Dave

    Well, I just spent all day inletting my stock and bedding the action on my old Ruger 7mm mag. I' let you guys know how everthing worked out, I may have f_kd up a perfectly good rifle. <dontknow> One thing I'm pretty sure about is that I will never use acra glas gel bedding material again the stuff is a pain in the arse to work with.

I'm no guru but I purchased a Midwest Industries gen 2 two piece drop in carbine length quad rail, I was impressed it went together like the OEM hand guard except it was way more solid of a mount up, unlike the oem,it had absolutely no play.I've put probably four hundred rounds thru it since and its still solid <thumbsup>

  17. I was broke so I sold a Baretta M92 to a friend of mine,he had just bought an LR308 sass. weelll he showed me this LR308 carbine that he had, so I fondled it and held it, then I thought about it for a couple days and decided I had to have it. :drool:

  20. I was trying to find out why my LR308 was having ftf problem, and also why the rim around the primer had a nasty dent and a burr on it, it looks like something gouged it. I decided to do some researsch and stumbled across this sight, I'm glad I did. <thumbsup>

  24. Is there anyone out there who can explain the concept of ballistically calibrated scopes? I always thought a scope was a scope. :-[
