I have the three die set, I asked because I usually make one dummy round to keep as reference. I loaded it racked into place and bullet got pushed back. Is that becuase of lack of crimp and powder

Hello guys, I have put off loading pistol rounds becuase I wasn't sure of the awnser of the question I'm about to ask. Does a pistol seating die also give a crimp like a rifle die does? Or should crimping be done on its own step with a crimping only die?

I don't care to much about the weight as getting rid of that mushy creep. I've looked at the zev standard trigger but not much videos or any at all on that specific trigger. Trigger needs to be plastic. I believe the other models of the zev are aluminum
