  1. My Remington 700 got delivered back to me today with the "fixed" trigger iam hopping to get to shoot it again this weekend. It took about 7 weeks to get the trigger fixed.
  2. Mosins are a good rifle and there is alot you can do with them if you choose to sportserize
  3. Nice photo. How good is the chassis ? Iam looking at buying the same chassis for my next remington build.
  4. I have a Timmney trigger on my Mosin Nagent and I love it but I hate scraping my thumb on the scope mount base and there isn't alot of room when loading the rounds through the top. I lack patients to be honest and like the idea of loading 10 rounds in a magazine and enjoy
  5. Its getting the PTG bottom metal and Aics 10 round 223 magazines. I phoned a gun smiths in Albuquerque NM said they would inlet the stock and supply the bottom metal and 1 10 round magazine for $318 but iam sort of looking for someone closer who could inlet the stock without screwing it up.
  6. I thought about just changing the trigger but iam trying to keep my wife happy at the moment so I can stary saving to change the bottom metal and 10 round double stack magazine. In total the stock inletting and bottom metal will cost $311.00
  7. At least it wasn't a Hi point :p
  8. Microgunner I feel your shame bud. I thought getting thrown off a forum for modifying a mosin nagent was bad but I just want to say thank you as atleast I didnt buy a hi point.
  9. Thank you for the information. My rifle it is included in the recall and I have phoned remington and they are sending me the information and a box to ship the rifle back to the Remington factory.
  10. Its really nice to shoot. Although it wasn't quite as good when I got it out of the box, the original overmoulded Hogue stock sucks and needed replacing. I bedded the scope mount base to the reciever and recoil lug. It now shoots sub moa as long as I do my part.
  11. Sorry was having trouble uploading the photo. My phone was playing up.
  12. Here is a photo of my remington 700 sps tactical in 223 it has a choate stock and warne steel one piece scope mount base and a swfa 10x42 with sunshade
  13. Ill have to get some of this and try it at home first then eat it and go to work iam a correctional officer be great to crop dust (walkin farts) the wings and hear those who got screwed by there lawyer complain
  14.
