  1. I walked the shots up and problem solved.
  2. I feel like a A++ HOLE ....Have you ever had a day where you've brain farted? Well that's what I had. I was over thinking the problem. I was assuming the upper had to be lapped. I went back to the range and did what I should have done in the first place, keep adjusting elevation up! All is great now! She's sighted in and I was dinging the steel at 300 yrds. It does that effortlessly. Happy Days!!!!
  3. Well I just came back from my first shoot. It wasn't bad, a few FTF with American Eagle 308 ammo , a few short strokes but it settled down nicely with premium ammo. At 50 yards the picture shows my last groupings those being the center shots.......BUT I was aiming at the top target dead center about 13"higher. Ive mounted a few scopes in my day but never had one this far off. I have a theory why but would appreciate your comments before I share mine thoughts. 1st Group 1" low 4" far right 2nd Group 1"low 1" to 2" left 3rd .5" low .5 left. This is where I stopped and my elevation has me baffled. Thoughts Gents?
  4. Thank you Bro!

  10. Thank our FF for the electoral college. Its sad to see that opposition is so small but has become the power house negating the 2nd Amendment rights of the majority in New York , just my two cents. Can you imagine the Presidential elections if there were no electoral college? The major cities would hold power over the entire country. NO THANK YOU!!!
  11. I have many friends that left united post 9-11. They treat their employees just as bad as their customers. It amazes me they're still in business. Here's how bad united is.....Check out this web site http://untied.com/main.shtml

  19. Great info! I had the head space checked today, all is good . However my reloads are really tight in the chamber and the bolt did not want to close completely.. I decided to come here for a bit of research and found this thread. I tried three different factory loads all chambered as expected. There are lite drag marks , Ill try the flitz and shotgun mop method prescribed here. My rail is in for cerekote.......Range time is becoming closer and closer by the day now.
