Nope. still 3ft of snow outside ? Played with it a little at night. Just looking down the block with no street lights seems like it is going to work good though. During the day when zooming it seems like it takes about 1/2 second to refocus.

Thanks 99.9 percent of my hunting is under 200yds and probably 70% is 100yds or less. Last deer i got was 30ish yds So ordered this as it should be good enough. I have about half the parts to build a 308 starting with a 14 1/2 barrel with a pined/welded flash hider/ Hand guard, MBT2s trigger and other small parts. Aero procession for a upper/ Lower is $325 Matrix Aerospace upper/lower is $175 So sense my wife keeps me broke i really want to get the Matrix stuff. Used it in the past on ar15s and never a problem. Any reason not to use it for a 308?

I SOOOOO wanted to post this on that thread but was at work when it got shut down. Would rather take the word of all the assemblers here then a internet expert.

Just got done putting 50 rounds through it ? FKN love shooting this gun! Anyway the new gas tube and proper buffer set up seems to have cured the problem of the spent casings looking like they were hot loads for the most part. They still do have a very slight shiny spot where the ejector pin rests against the case. With Federal 165G fusion rounds they are perfect looking. Think i can still work on the adjustable gas block a little at the cases are ejecting at about 4 o'clock so i think its a little over gassed? Recoil is slightly more i think but still pretty soft and NOTHING like my sons 450 Bushmaster. That fucker left my shoulder bruised after 10 rounds. Thanks guys for helping to get this PA10 set up right!
