YIPPY, HH6 doesnt know so that will ALL be going for Gear and refitting my AR-10.Just arrived;SF M620V scout ( vampire series wht / IR ) weaps light.18x24 steel target for my Range time1K rounds of EOW ammo stock pile ( call it what it is ) / BH 175g BTHP+ 10 boxes for Range time.Enroute:MP UBR ( ditching the PRS ) w/ new buffer & springLeupold Tac -Spotting Scope mil-dot ffpGalati drag bagmanfotto tripod head mount w/ the LaRue made Rail adaptor.Am I forgetting anything 8)pics will be up once the refit is donew/ before and after pics. TANGO2072 Posted February 18, 2011 Author Report Share Posted February 18, 2011 OK I lied....no before pic( just picture the PRS inplace of the UBR )There was a topic of PRS vs UBR over on M4C.And someone stated that the UBR has a greater length of pull then the PRS and darn-toot'n he was right.There is a preset position at the very end of the stock, activated by the left side "release" button ( tho this side is labeled "preset" ) which extends the UBR out just past the full LOP of the PRS and add the extended buttpad and you get more, close to an inch. I didnt have a need for the cheek riser on the PRS so my weld, so far at the house is the same. We'll see once at the Range.I'm thinking of hitting the Range tomorrow night, for some night fire and to see just how well the SF M620v works. Probably just use the 200yd range w/ my new steel.
