Bad Wolf Posted March 28, 2015 Report Share Posted March 28, 2015 First let me ask why there isn't a running range report pic thread. I saw the one that had been locked. Please educate me. So today I decided to hit the range with the 700 I dropped a few days ago. I had done some work and had not sighted the rifle in yet. What I shot: 1. (confirming on paper) PPU Match Line168gr BTHP (crap European stuff) 2. Federal Premium Gold Medal 168gr BTHP 3. IMR 4895 168gr BTHP (my loads) 4. IMR 3031 168gr BTHP (my loads) I did not get to chrono any of these rounds. The range I went to in not my first choice or even my second but it is very close to home. It is run by a bunch of kids and the benches are very poor. Total time there was 1.5 hours, mainly waiting on the ding dongs to call a cease fire so they could go down and get my target. They don't let you go down. So I shoot this target at 100 yards off of bags. Not too bad other than the cheap European crap. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
