edgecrusher
I am wondering what anyone may know of these coated parts, more specifically their bolt carrier group. Any info would be great, pros and cons, does it work, ect.
Robocop1051
I'm in the middle of writing an email to SI-Defense right now. I'm hoping to recover lost time/$$ from my previous build by going through them for my revised build. I fully plan on using their Fail-Zero/stainless steel BCG. I am also going to see if I can get their Gen II receiver set in two-tone (Fail-Zero over OD Green). There's really no reason I can see to have a Fail-Zero lower??? <dontknow>Has anyone noticed that SI-Defense offer's their receiver sets in titanium? All for the measily cost of $7,000! :o
6132expert
Hey Robo what did you find out about the BCg. When are they availiable? Also are you taking about getting just the Gen II upper. I am getting it in OD green. If I dont find one this weekend I will ordering it first thing Monday.I am really woundering when the BCG will be ready for shipping. Robocop1051
There is a guy on face book named "Brad Alms" who works for SI Defense. He has stated several times that they are Danger Close to being available."Someone" around here may have the carrier... Although he's being stubborn about posting pictures. <munch>I ordered the stainless carrier and the bolt combo... I have yet to hear anything on a solid release date. moagm316
Agreed I only wish the .308 versions would come with an Armalite Compatible bolt.
