Cali_Ed Posted May 22, 2015 Report Posted May 22, 2015 So this is it So as some of you guys know from the other thread I posted in had trouble hitting the target well on a 17mph wind day. With how this part of the range is built would wind affect the bullets trajectory? When it was windy at the target it wasn't windy at the bench and vise versa. Reason I could tell is I stapled a ribbon on the target. Maybe I just had a terrible day at longer range that day? On the 100 yard range it is wide spread and there is no immediate ridges on the left and right and I was easly grouping under 1moa. Is 6mmbr a good starting point to develop my skills during hiring winds? I'm going to ask one of my recent instructors if they offer a class.
Cali_Ed Posted May 22, 2015 Author Report Posted May 22, 2015 Lop 6mmbr has some awesome info going to practice e learning the diffence a of mirage and reading it next time I go shoot
GRA Posted May 30, 2015 Report Posted May 30, 2015 Nice range. 300 yds. is better than just 100. Looks like fun. <thumbsup>
