shepp
Wasn't that Carbine Williams? I think he was an ex con when he did that.didn't catch his name lied bout his age to get in the army, got kicked out. Went to a military academy got kicked out for stealing guns and ammo. Started moon shining killed a cop in a bust and got put in prison for 30 years. Starting smithing the guards guns in the machine shop, built three guns while in prison one made from a fence post and a model A axel. Also while behind bars drew up all these plans to better weaponry. After 8 years the warden let him out to help the war effort and he put his drawings for the M1 into manufacturing, came up with 100 sum patents.
