Did you use a "high pressure" bolt (narrower pin) with your 6.5 CM?  Also, what length gas system and which barrel are you running?

No, I did not use a high pressure bolt.  My barrel is a Ballistic Advantage, 18" heavy profile with a mid-length gas system (the gas block journal is 0.875 so be careful) .  The barrel itself is 61.5 oz or 3.8 lbs.  I haven't had any issues, it has fired every time, ejected, loaded and locked back as it is supposed to with a regular 308 spring and buffer.
