So almost two years ago I came here looking for  Colt LE 901 upper to go with a lower I had picked up,let me tell you not an easy thing to locate. Finally found someone stocking the upper but fate intervened at the last moment. For the price of importing an upper from my neighbor to the south I located a complete rifle in Canada with extras which ended up costing me only CAN$100 over the cost of the new lower.

While the pressure is off as my first lower sports a Colt Canada 5.56mm upper ( https://www.thefirearmblog.com/blog/2016/09/29/colt-canada-sas-iur-uppers-sold-public/ ) at some point it will need a .308 upper but for now I'll mix and match as the mood strikes me,first lower is black while the new rifle is creakote patriot brown

Cerakote Patriot Brown is my favorite color.  It rocks.

I really liking the colour,the initial photos I saw I wasn't impressed but colour could be changed. Seeing it in person I'm liking it and it's staying.
