RedRiverII Posted February 3, 2020 Report Share Posted February 3, 2020 Do make the phone call, the folks are pleasant to deal with. They had a fellow there several years ago who was a bit abrupt. He is gone. How do I know? I dealt with him once and was chided for returning some mags that unknown to me at the time were proprietary. " You should know what you're ordering." Fair enough, but not really conducive to more business from me. Fast forward a few years, I called to place an order on parts that were listed as 'out of stock', and the fellow said he'd ship the parts out quickly. BTW I mentioned the reason I didn't want to call Armalite too quickly and he said Armalite was aware of the " bad press " the former employee caused.
