Jklunder
Will it fit?
98Z5V
Sure - the carbine receiver extensions on most .308 ARs are really AR-15 parts.
Jklunder
What about performance will the buffer and everything fit and not tear apart ?
98Z5V
There's a few specific - very specific - threads on here about that. Just search on ".308 AR buffer" and it should all come up.
Jgun
Have you actually fired one of those stocks? You have to keep continual forward pressure on the gun in order for it to bump fire. Besides which, it doesn't exactly look to be of high quality construction, considering what they cost.
mrraley
If you use it on an ArmaLite AR10, you will want an actual AR10 receiver extension tube for the AR10 carbine. The AR10 carbine receiver extension tube is 7 5/8" inside depth while the M15 version is only 7". And the buffers are different too. The one for the AR10 weighs 2.5oz more than an M15 standard one. With saying all that, the outside diameter of the tubes are the same and will accept "mil-spec" collapsible butstocks.
