I do see a lot of those linear brakes coming out. There must be something right with the science behind them.  <dontknow>

Not too sure how I feel about having a pokey thing on the front of my rifle. I hade one for my 308, but I returned it and replaced with a BABC.

I have never tried this, but I don't see any vertically oriented ports, so I'm guessing that this is only intended to counteract recoil, and not have any component in reducing muzzle rise. I'm not in the habit of using the barrel of my gun for pain compliance against other shooters so the "teeth" serve no practical purpose for  me. The price certainly is reasonable.

I put one on my Bushmaster 308 ORC. More for me than anything. Have not noticed any change, other than I like it.

No change compared to a _____? Bird cage? Vortex?

I'd deffinately like to try out one of those linear "parts"... I don't know what they qualify as, a comp, a brake or a hider??

I had a stock A2 then ordered the Tromix Shark Brake. I really liked the agressive front end of it. But did not not like the blow back I got to the shooter.

then ordered the Claymore. Only shot like 10 rounds through the Shark. Took it off and junk boxed it. I really would like to have one of the Noveske KX3 Flash Suppressors, only because of the pig laser eteched, since we smoke feral hogs with our 308's. Both the Claymore and the KX3 are ported to the front.
