Psa pa10 gen 2

I have a psa pa 10 I'm putting a free float rail on , from what I find on the net its a  high rail , the tang on the back of the reciever where the charging handle is is 3/16 inch , so that means I need to buy  rail thats high and not low in the description,  am I correct in my assumption,  if any of this makes sense,  thanks in advance.
