I understand that I have to use a .308 at upper and lower, but other than the barrel what parts at .243 specific? Armalite or DPMS platform? 98Z5V Posted January 5, 2012 Report Share Posted January 5, 2012 With the parent carttridge being the .308 Win, I'd think you would only need the .243 Win barrel. Only other thing you'd have to verify would be loading the cartridges in a .308 magazine. Still researching the options, might be on hold on the whole thing due to lack of parts from so many distributors. If anyone has any suggestions feel free to comment.
