Issues with build after barrel change

Just a thought. You seem to be using JP ejectors. I ordered some of those. They had a square face. The Kak ejectors  have a rounded face.

Put the Kak bolt back in.

I had similar problems with my 6.5 Creedmoor.  Kak ejector fixed it.

@98Z5V @shooterrex I changed out the ejectors a bit ago to the enhanced ones by JP. When I had my 18” Faxon barrel on it. I did not have these issues. I had issues at first but got them sorted out and it was running well.

That was that barrel w/a a different dwell time and amount if gas.

The new barrel has different dwell time and amount of gas.

That changes bcg speed. Just because a set up works with one set of parts doesn't mean it will still run when you change things.

Most of JP's parts are race gun parts.
