Guest LLArms Posted February 20, 2012 Report Posted February 20, 2012 I use the Burris PEPR 30mm quick release mount.Have not had any issues.Think I got them on sale at Midway USA for $90.00 (think standard pricing is around $110).
w_r_ranch Posted March 4, 2012 Report Posted March 4, 2012 I went with the ADM-Recon 20MOA (30mm). No problems thus far, it is solid & maintains zero. <thumbsup>

Jgun Posted March 4, 2012 Report Posted March 4, 2012 That GDI mount looks to be of very high quality. I'd love too hear a review once you pick it up. I must say though, I'm not sure what more your getting for your money with it that would justify it's costing 1 1/2 times what the AD mount costs. I've been using the Ad Recon and have found that it works exactly as I expected. I haven't done any return to zero testing by taking it off and remounting to see how well it retains the zero, but so far it has been rock solid for me and I have had no zero shift, or loosening after 100's of rds on both my 14.5" .308 and my 300. I would certainly hope there is some fonctional superiority of the GDI, I'd hate to spend an extra $300+ for a mount just because it was prettier.
BLKSHEEP Posted March 4, 2012 Report Posted March 4, 2012 Still waiting on your REPR? Yes! now there saying it will ship 3-8-12 :cookoo:
