Video Editing Software

Looking for suggestions. I need to make some safety videos. My needs are simple.

1. Trim

2. Add Text

3. Remove or add audio.

4. Output files for common formats.

5. Stable

I have downloaded demo's of Corel  Video Studio Pro X5 and Sony Vegas Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 11.0. I have used Nero in the past and didnt care for it.

Suggestions?

Windows Movie Maker doesn't do it for you?

I use Pinnacle Studio, multiple audio overlays, fast/slow motion, transitions...
