Take the ammunition weight warning seriously!!  Lighter weight bullets have a tendency to unseat and jam the cylinder.

Let us know how she works with some of those 158 SJHPs!

The little Smith's owner's manual warns against bullets lighter than 120 grns because of gas cutting of the scandium/aluminum alloy top strap.

As a matter of fact the 340PD has a steel insert in the top strap above the forcing cone to help prevent this.
