fcr
I am looking for an effective muzzle brake, something like the AAC 51T Fast Attach. Surefire has one but I think it overlaps the barrel a few inches, OPS Inc also has a similar design. Smith Enterprise also has their version, not the vortex but the one patterned after their M14 brake. Anyone here have any experience with any of these, or what are you using? I am also considering a Vltor model 302. It is shorter and says it is a compensator vs flash hider. Any input would help.Thanksme

fcr
Why ? Is it a legal issue? Here in CA. the ins and outs of legal vs evil is interesting to say the least.

98Z5V
I'm running a YHM 7.62 Phantom on mine, but I don't think I've got any close up pics of it. I'll get you a pic in a few days. It adds 2.5" to the overall length of the barrel, so my 18.5" is now 21" overall.
fcr
Well, just found and purchased an Ops. Inc 12th model for 7.62. It is a single chambered brake. I have one on a 5.56 that works very well. We will see how this works out in a few months.
OE139
Anybody familiar with the YHM fast attach model for suppressor? Don't have a can, yet...but hope to soon. Need to send the fast attach to Krieger before they turn my new barrel, which means I need to decide between YHM and Surefire.
