BIGWHISE
Greetings all, I had placed an order with Armalite for a stripped upper to complete my build the end of August. At the time I spoke with customer service rep who said all parts were going into full rifles to sale before election. I'm still patiently waiting for it, just wondering if anyone else has had same thing happen to them. Thanks
imschur
It's 2008 all over again. Manufacturers were better prepared this time but we are still seeing shortages of key parts across the board. Complete rifles are going to get the parts first. Unfortunately it makes the best business sense. This isnt just Armalite either. Back in 2008 I canceled a barrel order with DPMS at the one year mark.I think unless Armalite decides to specifically put some parts aside for parts orders your wait is still early on. Rsquared
imschur hit it right on the head my man. It's just election year blues. Parts and ammo sem to get scarce and expensive. All you can do is keep a sharp eye out as either become available. Unfortunately, we don't make the rules........we just have to live by them. ArmaLite
A NOTICE TO ARMALITE CUSTOMERS - DECEMBER 28, 2012 ArmaLite will be closed on New Years Day. Web shipments will resume after January 3rd. Due to the high rate of orders during the holidays and annual inventory shutdown, orders will take 10-14 working days to process for shipments. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience during this time.
