alelks
Getting ready to throw my first scope on the Larue as I have a Eotech on it right now. I ran across this video tonight.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HFTagdrA5JI
blue109
No matter how many times I do it and think I got it right....every now and then I pick up a rifle a scream "ITS FRKIN CROOKED" it annoys me to no end. If I could settle on one setup for a rifle I'd take it to a pro for piece of mind but I swap my stuff around like Legos.

Microgunner
I use a spirit level on the rifle and a level line on the wall. I level the rifle in a rifle vise with the spirit level and then match the crosshairs to the level lines on the wall made with a construction level. Easy and perfect everytime. washguy
heres what I use......I put the rifle in its cradle...use a small bubble level on the front top rail to make sure the rifle is level in the cradle.....then I use this http://www.segwayreticleleveler.com/order3.html its cheap and works on ar's...some levelers wont....always use a" fat" inch pound torque tool on the rings....fat is a wheeler product easy peasy :) Wash Edited August 16, 2013 by washguy
Justintoxicated
All I do is level the rail, then level the scope using the vertical adjustment knob cap. Works for me. Hell last time I took the scope off and put it back on I didn't even have to make a single adjustment (and this wasn't a QD mount!)
