Rsquared Posted October 25, 2013 Report Share Posted October 25, 2013 Finally received a pair of SI Defense bolt carrier groups late last week that I've been waiting on since, ohh......April. Been yet another busy as hell week, so I just got around to opening up the box to take a look at them. Yep....as my luck would have it...they were both missing the cam pins. (Hands thrown in the air while cursing!) Now normally, I'd slam another beer while walking around in circles, feeling the vein pulsing in my forehead and spinning myself up to all levels of pissed-offed-dom. But NO! Not this time. Instead....I slammed another beer while casually firing off an email to SI Defense. Well I've gotta tell you. I sent the email at 1606. John from SI Defense responded at 1610. That blew my fcukin mind. I mean, the sheer speed at which he responded is unbelievable. He apologized and stated that they (the cam pins) would go out first thing on Monday. Not THAT is out-fcuking-standing customer service in my book. Didn't even take resorting to a phone call. Gotta love it. SI Defense is good to go. My interactions with them even had me looking at property in their neck of the woods, in hopes of just being around more people like them.
