I would be suspect of the lower as well since it bent your buffer tube it obviously had some stress to the lower. What mag were you running? Had you had problems with it before? Read the thread first, so you realize the amount of details needed - to diagnose something over the internet. Also, start your own thread on this, so it's easier to keep track of in the future.
