Hey there, new to the forum, but not to AR's.  Here is my DPMS 308 in it's latest configuration.

Glad to see there's a forum dedicated to this awesome rifle.

The Larue LT-104 works really well.  It sits a little higher than the lt-158 (1.5" vs 1.44") but it doesn't have the 10MOA built into it.

I talked with Larue about which would be a better choice for the 308, here's what they said:

"Depending on how far you are shooting, the 10 moa will make a difference.

If you want to be able to dial adjustments out past 600 yards up to 1000

yards, you will need the 10 moa base.  If you know you will never dial

adjustments beyond 600 yards, then you'll be fine with the LT104.  Both

mounts will clear the Troy sight"

I figured since I wouldn't be making adjustments (I've got the 7.62 ballistics reticle on the scope), the lt-104 would be perfect, and it's the same mount I have on my AR.
