    Got a cheap and cheesy unit from Amazon in today's mail. It was $12.49 came with a charging cable and mini compass on the band. High and low beam of light and a digital watch.

    I believe in the KISS methodology. I'm Leary of electronic over ride possibilities. An example is the electronic assist of Mercedes Benz/Ferrari transmissions, they work great but when the gremlins bite ... They are done ! Too close or the next step to a smart gun !?

    The cotton fields of Chandler have all turned into housing developments. In 1984 it was all cottonfields when I worked on a roof at the lone farmhouse within miles of anything else. Now its all houses and shopping malls except around the airport.

    SS chime in ! Do you have a "standard" buffer ? Try that first ! I am not a fan of using only one part of a "system", that hydraulic buffer might be your problem.

    Maybe more weight in the buffer would slow down the BCG. Keep the gas turned up enough to eject the brass.
