Yea I did.Industry is tough on the body.Had a cortisone shot and schedualed PT.Work will be pickin up so I want to jam some hrs..If the tear gets worse I'll have to fix it.I know in the fall with another MRI where I stand.I can't keep getting it shot up,will fuk the arm up.And tommorow I get a tooth pulled....fuk me. :-[ -
