  1. Welcome aboard from Maryland.
  2. Welcome aboard from Maryland.
  3. One word. YES. But I still don't wanna talk to her.
  4. Welcome from Maryland.
  5. I like this man's frame of mind.
  6. I broke down and have a 15 stripped upper coming from Armalite to go with my Armalite SPR lower, for my 6.5 Grendel MK12 build. Already having the lower, I figured that I'd keep the receiver set all Armalite for this build. Even though I have other stripped uppers in stock. I guess that they'll just have to go to other builds.
  7. Welcome aboard from Maryland.
  8. I'm on your side already.
  9. Yeah. Keep in mind that between the handguard, PEQ rail, sights......it's gonna be somewhere in the 800 dollar plus range. If not more, depending on where the parts are found. PRI stuff isn't exactly cheap. BUT, those are the parts that were spec'd for the MK12. Fuk me. Fuk you too.
  10. Nope. Unfortunately my state went heavy communist about mags years back. 25 rounders are a no-go in the peoples republic of Maryland. Nothing over 10 is allowed to be bought these days. Rifle or pistol.
  11. Just figured that I'd drop this here.
  12. Not a bad idea. But the fukin airport probably would've made me park the cart in long term parking just to charge me even more. The bastards.
  13. No $hit right? At least the Pelican's have wheels built into them. You would have laughed seeing me walk into the airport last year. Dragging two Pelican's, a backpack strapped to one of them and a duffle strapped to my back. Must have looked like a pack mule.
  14. Welcome aboard from Maryland.
  15. Yeah, but that bastard weighed in at just under 90 pounds, and cost me 200 bucks to get it on the bird headed to Arizona last year. But it was worth it though. 4 rifles. 3 optics. 4 suppressors. 4 AR-15 mags. 4 AR-10 mags. A sidearm with 6 mags. The look on the TSA guy's face at 0400 in BWI was priceless.
  16. Are you saying that there might have been some Barry White music playing in the background?
  17. Never forget. That's the beauty of Pelican's or their counterparts. You can always get replacement inserts and just start over. I'm already trying to figure out how I'm going to reconfigure mine for this years fall shoot. Trying to get it down so I only have to bring one case, instead of two, like last year. Yeah, yeah....I know. It's a high quality problem to have.
  18. Out-Fucking-Standing brother.
  19. Got a couple mag pouches and GP pouches (both for chest rig's) coming from BDS Tactical. I was working on an account credit from an order that I had placed back in January. They discontinued the bag that I had ordered. But they made it REAL painless transferring the credit over to my follow up order. I can't say enough good words about this outfit. I was going back and forth with a girl named Tori in their CS department about my previous order. She fukin rocked! Even though I was disappointed about them discontinuing pretty much ALL of their line of bags (for now, she told me). She made it extremely easy in the end. I even just followed up with her after placing my new order a couple days ago, and she responded the next morning saying that she was gonna try and push my order through so that I would be looking at a mid/late August ship time. Now, I've always said, just to be clear, that whenever you order from these guys, that you HAVE to be patient. ALL of their military commitments take place over their civvy sales. And I've always been more than ok with that. It's the price you pay to wait for quality, all USA made $hit. It's been nothing to wait for 3 months plus, to have orders that I've placed to finally get shipped in the past. Once again, I've always been ok with that. But to have her try and nudge this $hit through in about a month's time? And we're only talking about a couple hundred bucks worth of stuff. Not like it's a major order or anything. This is why I continue to deal with these guys. Well that......and they make nothing but quality equipment. If you don't use them. Check them out sometimes.
  20. The SR-25 (Knights), LR 308 (DPMS) and the Armalite AR-10 "A" pattern rifles will all accept the same style of magazines. Pmags, Lancers.....blah, blah, blah. The Aero falls into this category. The Armalite AR-10 "B" will only accept Armalite steel magazines. They're proprietary to the Armalite platform. The AR-10 "T" is just a target (match) variant of the "B" model. They take the same mags. Hope this helps clear you up my man.
  21. Never a truer word spoken my brother.
  22. Make that three of us. That made me laugh my ass off. And who didn't see that coming? Besides that dumbass obviously.
  23. Welcome aboard from Maryland.
  24. You're correct. There is no "Milspec" large frame AR. Trust very few online parts dealers, when it comes to which platform they're selling parts for. And if they're throwing around the term Milspec on their parts......definitely don't trust them. Milspec. AR-15.....Yes. AR-10/SR-25/LR 308....Nope.
  25. Welcome aboard from Maryland.
