All of my stuff, at least what wasn't lost in the great boating accident, was built prior to a lot of the state nonsense that resides around here these days. But a lot of it was also done using the ATF 'Form 1' NFA method.

Yeah, last week got pretty tough towards the end of it. I've been working on a small roof-top mounted boiler system that's used for re-heat coils throughout the small 4 story building. These boilers (2 small Lochinvar's) are mounted and housed inside the equivalent of a 20' trailer with no ventilation except a feeble little 12" exhaust fan. That fuker reminded of the old "Cool hand Luke" movie. Get outta line......spend a night in the box. It got breath taking at time because we were hovering around 95 degrees with well over 90% RH. Oh, and the boilers didn't help anything while maintaining a 140 degree water setpoint. I FUKING HATE THE DC REGION!

Like any other diagnostic. Keep disconnecting $hit until it stops blowing the breaker. Then start re-connecting $hit! Or, like Shepp said, you can always throw a meter on it and ring it out. Not quite as exciting as blowing the breaker every time. Not as many potential sparks and arcs that way.

That's looking pretty sexy with that Leupold on it. ACOG's are nice (durable as $hit), but I prefer the modern LPVO over them. Though they do look cool on top of a rifle. Uggh! I hate cleaning rifles. I'd almost rather build another one.

In the hood section of PG County. Outside of the beltway, but still considered as part of the hood. It's in an area that's in between the Redskins stadium and Fort Meade, as a point of reference. And yes, I'm just waiting to punch out of here. It's too convenient for work purposes. That's the only reason that I keep that house these days. The old lady and I have another place over in Martinsburg WV. Much better atmosphere over there.

She looks pretty sexy. Definitely gets the R2 seal of approval. But I also have a thing for SBR's. I'd say that the 1x6 is fine for it. It gives you the flexibility for being up close, or stepping out a decent distance. I run an Elcan DR Spectre on my AR-10 SBR. It can switch from 1x to 4x by flicking a selector on the side of it. Everybody has their own preferences anyway. So I say run whatever you feel comfortable with.

DC in June. Hot and Humid. Rinse and repeat for the entire summer. Fall can't come fast enough.

I've only completed the "Mod 0" of my MK12 builds so far. But I'm looking forward to getting back to building sometime soon. The "Mod 1" and "Mod H" definitely have my interest. As do other builds also.

It's interesting at $1800. But I'd have to read up on all the build details before jumping. OK. I just finished reading the specs off of their website. 1800 sounds like a good deal. It's not like Geissele makes junk. I'm a big fan.

Well. I've got to admit. I love having all of my wiring in conduit. That's probably why I run most of it, if not all, myself. You all act as if it's weird or something. Yeah, yeah..........I get it. It's a sickness. But I know ONE crazy Cunuck that can appreciate it. Fukers!
