Damn Greg, that made the hair on my arms stand up and salute! I know my grandfather was also a P.O.W. for awhile and escaped but don't know the details. I received the below email today,what's the scoop? any chance the liberal scum can succeed ? LONNY, Just three weeks after I was sworn into office for a sixth term as Maricopa County Sheriff, a group of radical extremists filed a recall campaign to forcibly remove me from office. This is very serious. These left-wing groups of agitators are the same ones who spent millions against me in last year's campaign in an effort to defeat me. Because they didn't like the outcome of that election they are now going to spend millions of dollars to force a recall election this coming fall. It's simple: I am the only law enforcement official in this state that enforces our laws against illegal immigration. Period. Everything else they'll talk about is a deceptive smokescreen because they know they cannot win on the issue of enforcing the law. In fact, in their statement about the recall this group claims that I don't "respect, defend or protect the rights guaranteed in the U.S. Constitution!" This, coming from the same group of people who have waged a relentless campaign against me in an effort to stop enforcing the laws! I have sworn an oath to protect and defend our United States Constitution probably more times than these clowns have pledged allegiance to our flag. You were such an important part of my victory last year even though we faced insurmountable odds. I certainly did not plan on this recall, but I have to ask you again for your support. I figured it would pencil hole him and id be tracking all day. Not sure on the regs for Fox, they are rarely seen in my area so they get a pass from me. <thumbsup>

But there was a problem, I grabbed the mag with 150FMJ :cookoo: so I decided it would have to be a head shot. I saw one coming in (doe) got a good brace, adjusted the Weaver up to 15x and saw that he had 2, 1" spikes(cant shoot spikes) so he fed around my stand almost an hour before a fox trots up. They size each other up then the spike hauls azz <laughs> When I got down from the stand I stalked over the next ridge to find the same spike chasing 3 does around but no good head shots. ? Will a FMJ expand any passing through a deer?

Very good point <thumbsup> and as far as how much range you can get is all up to the shooter, the equipment that you have or looking to purchase will take you as far as your abilities will let it.
