  1. We are allowed only ten rounders here. It's probably just me then. Just feels tall.im thinking maybe a 4.5-9" will do the trick
  2. I've read at of people clame 40ish for their rifles works best
  3. it just feels tall when I get behind it. it's 8-10ish. When I go to put a bag for the rear of my rifle it's a huge one.
  4. After much thought, I think I got a bipod that is to tall at its lowest point 8". What do you guys reccomend should have been one of my questions.
  5. Ah good info brother, I think I'm going to wait until I can trim up some hornady brass to do some more loads. I also managed to score a lb of varget in a trade so can't wait to try it out. :)
  6. I know that I have some stains is what it looks like on my nib bcg
  7. Also I haven't used any copper cleaning product, I've only used ballistol. Bad idea?
  8. Well I finally cleaned it after like 3 or four sessions and the bore wasn't that dirty Lol
  9. Here is what I shot today. Slightly diffrent brass. Fg7.62 brass Wind 10 mp 52° Does diffrent brass make a huge impact? Looks like the "groups" opened up. freshly cleaned rifle too Edit: after watching a couple of rifle basics shooting videos, I'm not loading my bipod properly and shouldering it right. I believe someone mentioned that in a diffrent thread. So before I can deduce what load is doing what I need to work on my self. :)
  10. These are the kinds that need a crimp brother?
  11. Not much you would have to ask easy. Yeah either the criterion or kreiger. I was also looking at the rainer ones
  12. Thank you very much for the info brother. Are the a max tipped projos colored? My range doesn't allow colored bullets for some reason idk if they are racist haha jk. I'm just trying to be as accurate as I can. I know I need to work on my form
  13. I'm just trying to be accurate and consistent with my shooting. I heard I didn't want to get rid of to much of the copper fouling or it changes the way the rifle shoots.
  14. For consistency and keeping the proper amount of copper fouling in the barrel if that makes any sense. Lol idk what I'm talking about that's why I'm asking haha
  15. Nice, I wonder if they stopped giving the 2 dollar bill. What are your plans for a barrel. I think if I get a second upper ima get a heavy barrel. Just need to chick my options
  16. These are some variances separating about casings of hornady brass.
  17. ^ there we go those seem like inexpensive projos. Looking to buy bulk
  18. My hornady brass has no indication of year, would i just sort by weight then after trim?
  19. I wanted to know what projos do you guys use when just making plinking/shtf ammo? Idk if I want to make everything out to be match or what do you guys advice?
  20. Great bcg brother plus you get your 2 dollar bill :)
  21. How do you dry them brother? I orderd two and a half pounds I figure the harbor freight tumbler probably only holds about a pound of media
  22. Great advice thank you sir. Is ss media only d found only or do local shops carry it
  23. Thanks for the info guys. I'm just deciding if I want to get a cts trimmer first or the tumbler
  24. Ok, another question I have is about lemi shine. Read it can turn your brass orange if it tumbles to long
