I've been searching, cannot find a regular hand guard for my 308. Do they not make one? Or can I just use one from an AR 15?

Anybody have any extra barrel nuts, gas tubes, gas blocks, etc.? Rather give someone here money. Compensate for knowledge? lol It's just gonna have a regular handguard, no keymod, etc. Going for 18" barrel. No front site, just scope. Rifle length gas system?
