Yup your right on, @Bfoosh006 about the barrel nut. Here are my findings on the gas tube and barrel nut. Steel nut, and the barrel nut hits the gas tube. See pics. I also got the small screw out with a better tool and tried heat. Not sure if the heat helped?? idk. Also Note that this rail seems to be nice and light at 11.2oz.

as is, its great info! let me know what your working with "tech" and if you want I can help, I'm not a pro but most phones and laptops come with basic editing software. You just need to find and use it. Again your call it is still a great inside look as PSA. Thanks for all the clips -

1st sub! lol. bfoosh, what type of phone do you have? android has an easy video editing "app" that lets you join videos and edit. You could make all your 30 sec clips into 1 or 2 or 3, 5 minuets clips ect It would stream line things, But still great work ! -

I have one of there coolers and some cups from them. they work great. I also own a yeti cooler and some cups. "Yeti" just makes you the "Coolest" guy at the tail gate. I was looking at that case the other day, looks sweet. its very Pelican like but priced better ------http://www.pelicancases.com/Pelican-1700-P224.aspx

My first 2 rounds did something like this. I needed to use the forward assist for full battery. I noted that the brass was marked up but after that the gun ran. I did clean and do a little light polishing with 0000 steel wool before the next range test. My 2nd range test the gun worked with 0 problems (75 rounds) brass and steel. Brass before steel I also tested my first 50 rounds with Pmags, IMO they are a leader so if your testing guns use good mags. Not saying ASC are not on par, but you get my point. As others have said maybe try 20 to 50 rounds of brass for break in. Just pick up some cheap fmj brass. I would be sure to clean it very well and look at bfoosh info about polishing. PA10 info

Looking to pick up some mags for the PA10. As of right now Pmags (PMAG GEN M3 LR/SR 308/7.62x51) and hexmags (Hexmag Series 2 AR-10, SR25, .308/7.62X51) both work fine. Both feed well. Hexmag is a little tight on empty free drop. light sanding would fix this. Any suggestions as to what others (steel) should work in the PA10? Review seem to say that (ASC AR-10 308/7.62x51 20-Round Stainless Steel Magazine) work well in the PA10 info from gunmagswarehouse.com Thanks

Rang report on both guns. We had a little bit of time to do some testing. After fixing my hammer spring I have 0 problems with steel. Next I needed $.50 to keep my BCG from hitting my Buffer tube. (pic 6) We are working on the 100 yard rang so here are targets from 50 yards. See if you can read the chicken scratch for hand loads. My dad just put together some loads to run in both guns. Any way looks like SST 150gr hornady with IMR 4064 powder 44.5gr looked great out of both guns. More testing needed but this is a good start. On the day, I ran about 75 rounds out of my gun 18" 50 brass and 25 steel just for fun. No problems. Pic 5 is of both 20" and 18" gun with both sets of SST 150gr honandy.

Pork tenderloin on sale, did not have time to fire up the smoker, so crock pot it is! dry rub, apple cider vinegar sallots, serrano peppers and poblano peppers. just let her hit 190°F - 200°F, Let her rest (40 min - 1) and time to pull. Add BBQ sauce or whatever makes you happy.
