  1. Welcome from the "gun loving state" of Maryland.
  2. Just saying LETs GO CAPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  3. Short update. Shot 40 rounds of steel with not problems! Note I used a hexmag that's sold as a 10 round mag in a 20 round housing with a spacer. I took the spacer out and it worked fine as a 20round. Just something to note. I am very busy right now, I plan to find some time and get more rounds and info out of the PA10.
  4. My wife's 1st year as a Mom made it easy on me and just wanted asparagus and sea scallops grilled for dinner.(+ a large glass of wine) Note I told her the sky was the limit but being the chill gal that she is, just wanted to relax at home. So here it is. Scallops need to be fresh. They get olive oil, sea salt, black pepper and a pinch of slap ya mamma. Be sure NOT to over cook the scallops. asparagus: gets the same treatment. asparagus needs to go on the grill a good 10 minutes before scallops.
  5. I know is somewhat lame but because it had been some time I just followed this for the most part and just added little things that I know I like. https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/giada-de-laurentiis/grilled-lamb-chops-recipe-1942231
  6. I grilled up some lamb chops a few days ago did not have time to post about it. I had not made them in a few years and they turned out pretty good. I need to work on them just a little.
  7. I had this happen for my 1st 2 rounds, needed the forward assist for full battery. I also ran the gun very wet. I also cleaned the gun before shooting it. I used 5w40 full syn motor oil. The B5 A4 and the PA10 both run well on the same oil!
  8. hmmm. Both the 18 and 20" PA10 i'm testing like the SST 150gr hornady with IMR 4064 powder 44.5gr. Small amount of testing at this point but both shot well on this loading.
  9. Hitting freezing only a few weeks a year something like a 16 SEER+ two stage heat pump should be fine. They can be efficient into the mid 20s°F. Its not always about 32°F = freezing, but absolute 0. When removing heat from the air or adding it to the air different refrigerants at different pressures play a big role in what works or does not work. The two stage compressor will also kill it in the summer too. 70 °F - 100°F. 410a.. This is all based off that you have good windows and doors + insulation as needed in the home. Also important that your duct work is sized right sealed right and insulated right. If not your new system could run and run, and run your bill up making you question its efficiency.
  10. what is really cold?? "Im in Tucson, AZ so a few weeks of pretty cold and a few months of really really hot." I'm thinking a dual stage compressor 410a heat pump would work well for you. (all) Read up on modern heat pumps before you start hating on them thinking they are like the ones from 20 years ago. R22 (old) and 410a (newer) are very different. only had a min to reply will have more details later.
  11. ^^^ that does not look like a wahoo to me? I will have to try that next time I pull in some rock fish. In trophy season see them 40s" and even 50"+ big boys! My brother ( being a clown) last year holding a 43" rock
  12. What are you really looking for here ? The rest of your house to be full DX with duct unit or split unit? Up front Duct and "ground" unit with condenser out side and evaporator inside will be more $$ up front. But cool better and look better. Slim spit (ductless) units work but only really only cool one space. I'll follow up tomorrow, Play off hockey and need sleep. I think I can be of some help as I work for Siemens and do HVAC controls. I need more details about your summer and winter if you have one ect.
  13. Sadly Dicks makes 75%+ of its money off other sports than hunting and shooting. Also sad that my mom grew up in the town where dicks stared as a mom and pop shop, look at them now. SMH..
  14. Nooo really?? I have my ways har har. You missed one WV Welcome from the "gun loving state" of Maryland. Yeah MD is a joke, no joke. its sad.
  15. I go to the windy city every few months for work. So when i'm up there I make the most of it. Hawks game was high on the list.
  16. A good friend of mine went fishing in NC over this past weekend. When he got home he texted me saying he had 35lbs of Wahoo would I like some..... I was like is that a question?!. So dinner to night is Wahoo and corn, the chicken is for lunch for the rest of this week. Cooking the fish falls under the same recipe as the rock fish.
  17. LV will be my 2nd. I have been to a hawks game at home. That place is nuts! The city shuts down for hockey it seemed like. One of the best games I've ever been to!
  18. Just saying And Note, I have No respect for the person on the left of that poster
