I can't say for sure what the reason is, but i know all manufactures are backed up right now. they are overwhelmed with new orders. whether that is your problem i can't say.

I am no gun expert by any means and i have never built one, with that being said i have had a few of mine completely apart and put back together with no problems. but all mine are same manufactured upper and lowers. factory guns. My question is why are the large frame 10's so much harder getting to function than their small frame counterparts? Is it cause there are a couple designs of 308's that don't match with different uppers or is it way different specs on parts? I still hear of 223 builds that don't work but nothing like the larger framed guns. Now i'm just talkin build guns not the factory ones. I know here i have seen numerous threads started on having trouble with the 10 and OP says they have built 223's before with no problem. Is all 15 parts compatible with each other? Just thinkin out loud here. I have read all the advice and threads on correcting them and have a good idea why they don't work as well, but do the 223's have these same problems. i hear PSA in 223 works fine but their 308's don't without knowledge on what parts to buy. I have had only one 308 that wouldn't work right and i still have it and just never done nothing with it to make it work. But i see an awful lot of 308 builds that don't function for some reason and wondered if it's just mainly being educated on the platform and what parts that make it work.

They are legal to ship here, but i know what would come if i bought one. guarantee i would get a trip to the jailhouse. might not have to stay after a few hours of pleading my case. with no paperwork it would be a trip in the squad car. but i been there and done that many times with proving the legality. and you can't blame the officers, they are just doing their job responding to a call. but it's kinda un nerving when you have several glocks aimed at you. I understand what 98 was saying, but the sherrifs here don't play around and i can't blame them when someone calls in and reports a machine gun. they have to be cautious. and i don't mind them checking my papers. I would be scared a bit too if i was waiting on someone to come out of an area and three of them had belt feds and m-16.s I don't even shoot them around here anymore. too many people now.

Yep, if money is no problem then DD is the way to go between those three.

I can see it being trouble, can't tell you the amount of times i have had police ask me for my papers cause somebody called them. and they were just doing their job. shoot i have even let them shoot them before. most were nice. only remember one butt hole. but you better have the paperwork with you if you have the guns. now the bump stock is a visible device they can see but that is not a visible device and if you don't know that much about full autos it will seem you have an unregistered machine gun. Nope, while it is a neat idea and should be no ATF to stop any kind of gun ownership, but there is and i ain't wanting a trip to jail to have to prove it's not a full auto manufactured lower.

Yeah, they gonna ban that or either put a tax on it.

Number 2 done

Mounted a scope on one of the 308's for hunting next year, and change some other things up on it.

They are awful about listing out of stock items as in stock. and when you order it they hold your money untill the item gets back in stock. sometimes that's a long time. that's what they done with the mounts and grips. they sent the scopes right on out and then lied to me. they said they shipped the mounts and gave a false tracking number. I called and e mailed them and got lies both times. horrible customer service.

Got my 3 boxes of ammo from midway too. they delivered fast.

Finally my scope mounts from Optics planet came in, never will i buy from them again.

Gonna be that way everywhere once sniff and ho get in office. Or least they are going to try.

Hell, which one are we getting. i've heard 600 and 2000.
