  1. No but do yourself a favor and order one from SI Defense, they are superior.
  2. If that technology existed I would have porn sites <laughs>
  3. Thanks!!! Part of the issue is I have some issues with the digits on my hands.
  4. +1 from me too. He's also going to give me some pointers because these triggers kick my ass a little to install.
  5. Is the difference the hammer or a spring?
  6. No, it's only relevant if your using a top rail on the handguard. Than it's an alignment and possibly an iron sight issue. Curiously do you have a link to the other site?
  7. We verify headspace because of manufacturing tolerance errors. It's better to be safe than sorry. The 308 has the potential for a lot of damage. AR-15's and used weapons of any type should be verified. I understand many guys have trust and blind faith in the work of others. I feel it's cheap insurance to check every build. Remove the extractor from the bolt. This DVD explains and demonstrates headspacing an AR-15. Warning though it will cure insomnia. You are correct, we cannot "adjust" headspacing Nice to see someone paying attention.
  8. I could not agree more...
  9. It's the same ones Fulton Armory offers too. Enjoy!
  10. The chrome is hard chrome like what would be used in industrial applications. For the shooter it offers better lubricity, longer life, smoother operation and easier cleaning. The only negative is cost and appearance if you dont like the look.
  11. I think its a DPMS JSE has 2 Chrome in stock
  12. This makes me very sad. One of my main inspirations for my other love..guitar http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-northern-ireland-12377862
  13. Great!! I stickied this topic to benefit other shooters
  14. Magpul PRS are top notch quality. If theres a down side it's weight
  15. Brownells has been adding 308 stuff quite often lately <thumbsup>
  16. Thank you!!
  17. how is this done?
  18. across the board?
  19. Reloading is not an option. Im looking for competition grade factory ammunition recommendations in the following calibers. I typically buy Hornady for the .223 and Federal GMM in 45acp but Im wondering what else is suggested. .223 9mm 40 S&W .45acp
  20. Thats still my personal favorite.
  21. I think these are just hitting the street now. I too would like to see a picture. Although i do have quite a bit of blind faith in MAGPUL to get it right. I would love a decent case for my Samsung Fascinate. They just seem non existent.
  22. What trigger you running with?
  23. It looks like Brownells is keeping with their word about adding more 308 AR parts. Well actually I guess it's JP including the correct spring Video Purchase JP RIFLES 308 EZ TRIGGER Instructions at the bottom Our original JP Fire Control Kit has long been the benchmark for all single-stage AR triggers in terms of precision, reliability, durability, safety and longevity in the market. Now, we have combined the versatility of our component parts with the convenience of a module in the new JP EZ Trigger™. In the past, JP has designed and marketed a high-tech single-stage module as part of our ongoing pursuit of improvements to the AR-15 platform. However, we soon felt that we could offer better value for the dollar and improved overall performance and versatility with a complete evolution of the proven JP Fire Control System. This innovative new trigger can be installed in about five minutes without any gunsmith fitting or modification of parts. It really is the best of all worlds—a superb trigger job on par with our own professional in-house installation, the speed and ease of a module and the versatility of a components trigger. Unlike other firearms that were designed from the ground up to incorporate modular fire control packs, the AR-15 and AR-10 platforms were never designed to work with such modules. The possible runout in trigger/hammer pin hole locations and safety selector position on receivers made by countless manufacturers can cause potential compatibility and even safety concerns. The module always represented a compromise in some respect. We’ve come to believe that most modules are not suitable for anything other than recreational or competition applications, particularly since you can’t optimize a module for a specific application. Moreover, modules simply do not have an extended track record for reliability, and many have been recalled for reliability or safety issues. The new JP EZ Trigger™ represents the best performance value and strikes the best compromise between safety, performance, value and mission-specific versatility. Once you try it, we hope you will agree. 1470_.pdf
