    Your doing it wrong. The trick is to have multiple projects going with tons of stuff either on order or back order. That way you forget what you have coming and its like xmas every few days.

    I have ordered non FFL items without issue. They are kind of like the two Botachs. A lot of folks with ok results but the occasional person with a transaction frustratingly stuck in the mud. Sorry to hear your troubles

    Thanks for joining JGshooter. Keep in mind the Bushmaster is DPMS LR-308, in fact the Freedom Group is shuttering Bushmaster. That said there seems to be awesome deals around on the Bushy. How do you like the SOCOM? Thats on my list.

    Heres the thing with dealing direct with CP. rarely will you see something shipped in under two weeks. When everything was crazy two years ago it was about a 6 week lead time. I think I saw Botach Tactical with the mags at a killer price <thumbsup>

    No the tubes are a different diameter. Identification is easy. The mil spec tube outside diameter measures 1.140" and the commercial tube outside diameter measures 1.170"

    If your looking for a budget way to get the ball rolling check this out BTW regarding ordering from DPMS directly. It's been a mostly bad experience for me. You have no way of knowing if youll get your order in two days, two months or two years.
