cz777 Posted December 16, 2014 Report Posted December 16, 2014 i have two different ones to use ,one has a groove under the ''T'' head and other has no groove ...both work well ,anybody of this groove and use of it ???
FaRKle! Posted December 16, 2014 Report Posted December 16, 2014 The groove sounds like a radius for strength.
shibiwan Posted December 16, 2014 Report Posted December 16, 2014 Actually the groove is there due to the machining processes. Some machinists do a relief cut (i.e. the groove) because the tooling used can't cut a sharp enough 90-degree angle.
