wetncold
Windham Weaponry. Been researching all day and it seems to be what I am looking for. Maybe a couple hundred $ more, But the reviews are way up there. So, saving my milk and egg money and picking up a few more cans along the side of the road. 98Z5V
Should be a good rifle, man. Those guys take pride in their work, and they've got tons of experience. <thumbsup>
planeflyer21
Good choice! Like Tom said, those guys have tons of experience and build good stuff. As I'm sure your research showed you, those guys were Bushmaster before the name was sold to Freedom Group. My first AR was a Bushmaster Dissipator and I wish I'd never sold it. Madhouse
Hell yeah, if I were in buy mode instead of build mode, I would get a Windham Weaponry rifle, no doubt. They were Bushmaster before Freedom Group bought them out and closed the factory, many of the same hard-working Maine-iacs went back in and re-opened the shop. Good stuff! pokey
From what I've heard first hand, Windhams are very good rifles. Don't think you will regret the purchase at all.
