survivalshop
They seem to be using our troops as a sales pitch . Nice gesture , but I'm not going to buy their $hit Beer . The bar maid or owner , who ever it was , deserves a very big thank you . Doubt if it was a real situation . <dontknow>
slugger43
Not gonna second-guess the motives. Don't give a poop if it's "real". I like it.

planeflyer21
Its been around longer than our country so they are doing something right haha Must be beer in general, as Arthur Guinness didn't brew a dark porter until 1778. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guinness#History They seem to be using our troops as a sales pitch . Nice gesture , but I'm not going to buy their $hit Beer . The bar maid or owner , who ever it was , deserves a very big thank you . Doubt if it was a real situation . <dontknow> Certainly a better beer paying homage to the fighting forces than when Budweiser/Anhueser Busch chose to "use our troops as a sales pitch." Marketing? Sure is...by honoring our troops. Exponentially better than the corporations that daily take stands against our military, our constitution, our country. And you are correct, technically the lease was signed in 1759 while the first export shipment of six and a half barrels of Guinness "ale" left Dublin bound for england in 1769. Didnt mean for this to be a history lesson, was just pokin fun at SS.
